Behind it are edited glimpses of shots shot sight a camera at walking pace and several "iconic" sites throughout the city. The soundtrack is the environmental noise, mainly from car radio.

An experimental documentary about an overtly friendly guard/pet-dog that appears to have some of the characteristics of wildness associated with animals in Africa is kept confined to a large garden courtyard of a house surrounded by high wall. The only exit-entrance is constantly guarded by a servant that never allows it to venture freely beyond the confines of the yard. At night the dog is frequently tied to the trunk of a coconut tree with a rope from where it also eats. The occupants and visitors to the house often amuse themselves with this excitable dog; having only contact with, which is kept as a 'prisoner' for its own protection.
